Our Story

Asasira Traders Limited is a company limited by guarantee that was registered
and incorporated by the Registrar of Companies in 14/05/2014. The company
has its head office located on Nsooba, Mawanda road Kampala.And is owned
by two directors namely Asasira Honest and Kuguma Seth. The company
started operations in 2014 and has seen its revenues grow by over 80 percent
in the last four years.

Asasira traders Limited is involved in the exporting of a range of horticulture
related products including chilli, Hot paper, okra, lavaya, papaya, Avocado,
Matooke, sweet potatoes, eggplants, apple banana, mangoes, jack fruit
G.nuts,Dry and fresh beans and many others. The company has both domestic markets and some international markets; and is currently exporting products to
markets in Kenya, United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands. Belgium and
Norway. The export volumes of fresh horticulture products have increased steadily from 500kgs - 1 ton per week in 2014 to over 15 tons per week
currently.

On the domestic market scene the company is a player along the grains and pulses value chain, buying beans and maize in bulk from out growers in the districts of Masindi, Mubende, Kamwenge, etc and distributing to a multitude of clientele including local schools and milling organizations such as Naalya Secondary school, Mbale Milling Company, etc.

The company also exports her produces to different COMESA member countries.
